2024 - Present: Freelance Design & Project Management Consultant.
Creative Director, brand design and package design - Isabella & Ethan Foods Ltd. Concived the brand name ‘Best Harvest’ for a new range of white label imported food and drink products manufactured and imported from Vietnam and Belgium. Worked closely with the client to develop the brand name, logo, package designs and advertising material for print and digital distribution. Worked with International juice manufacturers in Vietnam to manage the production of juice bottle labels for 10 Best Harvest pure juice products for import into the Caribbean market. Worked frozen potato product manufacturer in Belgium to develop and manage production of the Best Harvest frozen french fries packaging for the Caribbean market. Currently working to package design for a line of ice cream imported from Belgium and logo design, package design and promotional material for a range of cleaning products branded EcoLuxe, all for Isabella & Ethan Foods Ltd., a Barbados based food import and distribution company.

Creative director and graphic designer for Barbados Surf Magazine, a local surfing, beach culture and lifestyle publication startup. Graphic designer and production coordinator for WW Collection’s product packaging project, a range of luxury bedding products for Walker’s World, a home furnishings retail store and interior design service. Duties included supervising kitchen installation projects for Arrow Woodworking, social media marketing for Arrow Construction including website redesign, creative concept and strategy, execution, graphic design, real estate & product photography, videography, video editing and buying placement on the Facebook and Instagram social media platforms.
Launched Total Sourcing & Supply. Duties included managing showroom development and build out, managing supply chains; meeting with suppliers, managing and receiving shipments with local and overseas shipping contacts, inventory management, pricing and entering inventory into the Quickbooks online platform, managing inter-company sales and sales to the general public. Spearheaded the startup of a 501-C3 non-profit company entering the medical CBD market. Directed and designed company branding, website development and packaging design of a range of CBD consumable products. Project managed the building and operation of a research and development cannabis growing facility for the testing of controlled environment growing equipment, techniques, seed varieties and sanitation protocols. Managed crop cycles, harvesting, curing, processing and potency testing using state-of-the-art lab testing equipment.
