Rich is a multi-disciplined designer and project management consultant who has worked in graphic design, copy writing, website and multi-media design and production, video editing and landscape design/build for 35 years. He thrives on taking on challenging projects and has a boundless curiosity.

In 2013 Rich took a sabbatical from the world of design and marketing to embark on a sustainable agricultural project. Having grown up on a farm in Barbados, he has always had a love for plants and has grown ornamental plants and food crops from an early age. Rich built the first commercial scale aquaponics produce operation in Barbados.
